A confirmation email containing login credentials, access instructions, or direct download links will be automatically sent to the email address provided during registration.
Delivery Failures & Responsibility:
Grande Prairie Music Society is not responsible for non-delivery of membership access due to technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to incorrect email addresses provided at registration, spam or firewall filtering, or local ISP outages. If you do not receive your access credentials within twenty-four (24) hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at admin@gpmusicsociety.com.

Unless explicitly stated in a specific membership tier description, your membership is strictly virtual. No physical items, cards, packages, or tracking information will be shipped.
