Marching Band

The Grande Prairie Marching Band performs annually as musical ambassadors for the Peace Region. Sponsored in part by the City and County of Grande Prairie, we are truly a community band. Our membership ranges in age from 12 to 75 years old and the musicians come from all walks of life.

The Grande Prairie Marching Band runs from March through August and performs both in concert and on parade. In concert, the band performs twenty to thirty minutes of varied music, including marches and pop songs.

Note:

Musicians must join the Grande Prairie Music Society at a cost of $10/year in order to join the Marching Band Ensemble.
